Public Beta (for Creators & Guilds)
Popilnus is free to use during public beta. To sustain the platform we apply a minimal platform fee to certain on‑platform financial transactions.
Key details
- Platform fee: 1% applied to on‑platform financial transactions (tips, direct support, and Guild withdrawals to external accounts).
- What it does not apply to: Free usage of the AI Co‑Pilot, browsing, or posting content.
- Payment processing: Standard processor fees (Stripe, banks) apply separately and are disclosed in the product payout UI.
Why this model
A tiny percentage aligns our incentives with creators: we only earn when they receive funds. This removes ad-driven engagement incentives and keeps the core product accessible to all users.

For organizations, municipal partners, and community platforms we offer dedicated solutions including managed integrations, custom licensing, and professional services.
