Onesphore Ombinos
Founder & CEO
Onesphore is an engineer and full-stack developer focused on building AI-native solutions to complex problems. With a background in Hydraulic Engineering (B.Sc) and a Master’s in Engineering Management (M.Sc), he brings systems thinking to product design and engineering.
He began a self-taught coding journey during the 2020 pandemic and later focused on AI systems. After becoming a permanent resident of Canada, he started building Popilnus as a learn-by-doing project and delivered a full-stack product quickly by adopting an AI-first development model.
Onesphore led the frontend, backend, integrations, and product design, and continues to iterate on Popilnus with a focus on trust, provenance, and multilingual user experience.
